1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Steps Club mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Steps Club is currently operated as a sole proprietorship and may transition to Steps Club LLC in the future. These Terms will remain in effect during any such transition.

2. Description of Service

Steps Club is a social fitness mobile application that helps users track their daily steps and connect with friends and family to achieve fitness goals together. The App integrates with various fitness tracking devices and platforms.

We offer both free and premium subscription services, as well as a lifetime access option available for pre-order.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Subscription Services and Payments

Free Plan: Includes one group with up to five friends and basic features.

Pro Plan: Monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription providing unlimited groups, unlimited friends, and premium features.

Lifetime Offer: One-time payment of $14.99 (50% off regular price of $29.99) for lifetime access to Pro features. Limited to 250 slots.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or app store subscription management.

5. Pre-Orders and Refunds

Pre-orders for the lifetime offer are 100% refundable at any time before the official launch of the App. After launch, the lifetime purchase is final and non-refundable.

Subscription refunds are subject to the refund policies of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process direct refunds for subscription purchases.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal personal information (name, email, and step count data) and never share your data with third parties except as required for essential service operations.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Steps Club and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Steps Club is a fitness tracking tool and should not replace professional medical advice. Consult healthcare providers before starting any fitness program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steps Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
